The Big Day is coming this Sunday - It's our chance to host Round 3 of the Central West Interclub Championship Series.
After two big Interclub rounds at Mudgee and Bathurst - Mudgee Triathlon Club is dominating the leaderboard but there is plenty of points available for clubs in Orange this weekend and Dubbo on 1/3/2026. Lets see if we can narrow the gap to Mudgee Red Devils and keep Dubbo Hippos and Bathurst Wallabies off our tail. It will be great to see some Cowra Cobra's this Sunday too.
Participation and performance points are available in both the Sprint and Super Sprint Individual events for Central West Club financial members. There's no better chance to join the club and its FREE entry fee for financial members. If you are a non member there is also a chance to race on a one day race fee.
If you are a parent, friend or family member of the Piranhas we would love your assistance in helping to run this event. Whether it be as a marshall, cooking the snags, handing out drinks etc. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated.
The rego link is up and is scheduled to close Sat at 6pm for the allocation of timing chips. There will be no on the day entries. If you are having trouble contact us on 0403 200 342 to ensure you get registered.

7:00am: set up, helpers encouraged to come out to help with the bike racking and signage
7:30am: rego in front of Gosling Creek shed
7:45am: Safety Briefing for Kids Zoom and Enticer
7:50am: Kids Zoom Race (internal) 15m swim/wade, 1.1km ride, 250m run
8:00am: Enticer Race (internal) 140 swim, 2.2km ride, 500m run
8:15am: Safety Briefing for Super Sprint Course
8:30am: Super Sprint Course (internal): Triathlon: Swim 270m / Ride 8.8km (4 x big internal loop) / Run 2km (2 x gravel loops)
9:15am: Safety Briefing for Sprint:
9:30am: Sprint Course (external): Triathlon: Swim 540m / Bike 23km (external airport loop) / Run 4.4km (2 x big internal loop)
COST
Central West Club members (with Tri Aus Membership) – Free
Non members – Zoom $5, Enticer $10, Super Sprint $20, Sprint Course $35
Teams - If any team mate is a non member - Super Sprint $20, Sprint $35 (per team). Please enter each team member individually under the teams category and indicate your team name on the rego form. This will allow us to collect the waiver forms and emergency details. We will only allocate one timing chip per team. If each member is a Tri Aus member select the $0 cost for every member in the team - Include your TA number and Club on your form. If one or more team members is a non TA Member select the $20 (super sprint) or $35 (sprint) cost for one member and $0 cost for the remaining team members so that the total cost per team is as above. (Sorry I wish I could figure out a smoother option but its above my pay grade on this one)
